Harry Santa-Olalla started his fundraising career in London with major nonprofits before relocating to New York in 2014. Since then, he’s become a trusted consultant and auctioneer for top U.S. charities. Known for his data-driven approach and energetic presence, Harry helps clients surpass fundraising goals by engaging every guest. With humor, heart, and strategy, he has helped raise millions through galas and campaigns.
Jamie McDonald
After Oxford, Jamie McDonald spent 10 years on Wall Street, working for Steve Cohen at SAC Capital, now Point 72, as Partner and Portfolio Manager. In 2014, he shifted from trading to hosting travel shows for outlets like Travel & Leisure and Conde Nast, and finance series for the Wall Street Journal, LSEG, and Real Vision. In 2016, a chance as an auctioneer changed his path, and for the past 9 years, he’s raised millions for charities across America and Europe.
